is an integrated carbon enterprise with annual production capacity of 50000 tons, specializing in graphite electrode research, manufacturing, sales and technical support to metallurgy industry.
Our manufacturing base is located in North China, being close to the best raw material source- Plant No.2 of CNPC and the major steel production base“ Ansteel”.we are conveniently linked to the world via the most important ice free port in northern China-Dalian Port.
Our electrode production started as early as 1993, With over 40 years of dedication and development, we have established a new state- of- the art plant with 266000 m2 by investing 860 million yuan. The plant is certified with ISO9001 Quality management system, we have an excellent technical production team, full set of cutting edge digital control systems designed for carbon industry, as well as highly advanced production and inspection equipment, Among our 200 staffs, there are 25 professional technicians in charge of all the production procedures of extruding, baking, impregnating, graphitization, and machining. We also have our patented Anti-oxidation coating to reduce the unit consumption of graphite electrodes. All of which lays a solid foundation for high quality products.
